Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 cup potatoes, diced
- 2 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 0.50 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup tomato, chopped
- 0.50 cup water
- 0.25 cup cilantro, chopped
Steps
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and saute onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
- Add potatoes, cauliflower, cumin seeds, turmeric, coriander, chili powder, and salt; stir to coat.
